The initiative aims to bring innovation closer to students, professionals and society in general, with a more relaxed ‘online’ format, for all audiences.
Social innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, cuisine and nutrition, and technology will be some of the topics that will be addressed during the meeting. The conferences, organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Club of the University of Navarra, in collaboration with the Innovation Factory (Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship) of the academic center, will take place from next Monday, October 19, until Thursday 22.
On Monday the day is dedicated to ‘Innovation in the kitchen’ and will begin at 6:00 p.m. by the hand of Pepe Rodríguez, owner of the El Bohío restaurant and known for being part of the Master Chef Spain jury. Together with him, Iñaki Andradas, chef at the Baserriberri Bar Restaurant in Pamplona, will explain the creative process he uses in the kitchen by launching a contest to all attendees. An hour later, Mª Antonia Lizarraga, FC Barcelona nutritionist, will speak about the importance of nutrition in high-performance sports. *
In addition, on Tuesday and Wednesday Isaac Prada and Nogueira, ex-F1 engineer from Fernando Alonso’s team will participate; Diego Soliveres, co-founder of Timpers; Carlos Bergera, Head of External Relations Smart Mobility at Iberdrola; or Carlos Melara, CEO of Nooddle, among others.
The Innovation Week will end next Thursday the 22nd with the celebration of an Escape Room around the campus for students, organized with the help of Escape The City and with security measures against Covid-19.
